This following terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to all purchases of products from E-Bebek UK website: https://ebebek.co.uk/ (“Website”).

Please read these terms carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and they will be effective as from the date on which they are published on the website.

Your legal rights are not superseded by these terms. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards.

Pricing and Payment 

The prices are valid at the time of your purchase and are inclusive of VAT. Sale prices are available until the stocks end.

Order Placement and Delivery

After your order is approved by us, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. It is important that your correct e-mail address is provided at the time of registration. We can only accept orders that are fully paid and are available in our stock. 

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and the shown dates are only estimations. We do not accept responsibility or any compensation for any loss caused due to late or delay delivery.

The delivery options available in checkout may vary based on your purchased products’ availability and your resident location. 

Shipment Fee

We will deliver your order next business day. 

Please allow an extra day for Bank Holidays. 

 For purchases under 25£, a shipment fee of 4.99£ is charged.

 

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel the order until the order status is marked as “fulfilled” or until the order is dispatched from the warehouse. To use your right, you must inform us of via e-mail to customerservice@ebebek.co.uk or by calling our Customer Service at +44 (0) 2039 546 393.

Returns & Exchanges

Read and agree: By submitting a return, you affirm that you have read and agree to our return policies. You can start a return via our Return Portal – you need to complete all the requirements on Return Portal to proceed -. Once we have approved your return request, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label – you do not need a printer for it!

You have 30 days to request and return items, starting from the day you placed the order. We request that returns be sent back to us as soon as possible after approval; if you are close to the end of the 30 days please try to ship them to us as soon as you can. There are no fees for returns, but we retain the right to impose a fee if the return is missing components; in this instance you will be notified before the return is processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.

If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered, an exchange or refund will be offered.

In specific cases, certain conditions may render your orders ineligible for return:

  • Damage caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or improper care.
  • Items exhibiting obvious and excessive wear and tear.
  • Items damaged by external factors such as flooding or fire.
  • Personalised items, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Medicine, food, and cosmetic products, which are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Products with the statement "Due to hygiene reasons, this item is non-returnable" on the product pages.

The refund will be processed to the original form of payment used for the purchase unless you ask for and we agree on an alternative refund method. It may take up to 10 business days to process your return after reception.

If the remaining items in the order after cancellation or return do not meet the campaign conditions, the refund will be processed deducting the discount amount applied to the canceled or returned items.

For orders created with a free shipping promotion, if the remaining amount after a return does not meet the campaign conditions, the delivery cost of your order may be deducted from the refunded amount of the returned item.

For your security, we cannot refund a different card or a different payment method, except to the one you made the original purchase with.

If you receive a faulty item?

We are sorry that you received an item that is not perfect! We endeavour to make sure you receive our products in the best possible condition but sometimes items can get damaged during shipping or have manufacturing flaws that are beyond our knowledge. Please use the returns portal to submit your returns request to us and provide photographs of the fault so we can quickly resolve it.

Guarantee

We strive to provide our products at highest standard and quality. Subject to the conditions and exclusions set out at our website, all our own branded products will be under our guarantee for two (2) years from the date of your purchase.

Our guarantee is subject to the following conditions and exemptions;

Conditions:

  • Product must be purchased from our UK Website, 
  • The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred with ownership of the product i.e. second hand purchases,
  • Where the product or its particular model, color or version no longer exists.

Exemptions:

  • All clothing, any fabrics (including seat covers, mats and pads), covers, tyres,
  • Third party accessories not compatible with original product,
  • General wear and tear,
  • All sorts of damaged goods,
  • Corrosion due to environmental conditions, like; high humidity, hot, cold and etc.
  • Improper storage,
  • Fabric fading, discoloration due to incorrect laundering 
  • Adapted or modified products,
  • Products which are serviced by an unauthorized personnel. 

Any replacement or repair of any product will not extend the original guarantee period. 

No prerequisite will affect your legal rights if the product is faulty or not as displayed.

Gift Cards

  • Physical and digital gift cards can be purchased from the Website and special terms & conditions may apply for each gift card.
  • All gift cards can only be used in the Website as full or partly in payment process.
  • Any unspent amount will automatically expire in 12 months in the UK or 5 years in the Republic of Ireland. This period cannot be extended in any circumstances. 
  • The gift cards cannot be exchanged to cash and cannot be re-sold. You can check the balance remaining on your gift card from your profile at our Website.
